celebration band and singers . . . featuring some of the latest praise and
worship music available
-
Sing along or just listen, if you prefer
-
Not a lot of guilt-talk or
finger-pointing—uplifting talks in everyday language that apply spiritual
truth to daily living
-
Free childcare for babies through grade 3
-
No dress code—come dressed however is
comfortable for you
-
A special gift for each of our guests . .
. and we always ask guests
not to contribute to the offering
The name
The River comes from the Bible. Jesus said,
“If anyone thirsts, let
him come to me and drink.
Rivers of living water will brim
and spill out of the depths
of anyone who believes in me this way,
just as the Scripture says”
(John 7:37-38, The Message).
Jesus himself
is "the living water" who brings refreshment to our lives. He is the
one who forgives, who heals, and who leads us in daily living. We've
discovered a special relationship with him, and we hope you'll discover that
relationship too!
So jump into
The River. Join us any Sunday at 10:45 a.m. Or, if you prefer a more traditional
celebration, come at 8:30 a.m. when we sing traditional hymns and a few praise
choruses. At both celebrations you hear the same great message: the good news of
life in Jesus!
We'd love to get to know you. See you
soon!
